Lexington Two Stakeholders,
We are excited to induct our third class into the Lexington Two Fine Arts Hall of Fame. Additional nominations will be accepted until February 16th by completing this GOOGLE FORM for anyone who meets the criteria. Lexington Two uses a committee to score based on the information provided and criteria for being accepted into the Hall of Fame. Thus, please make sure to be as detailed as possible when describing the nominee and his or her accomplishments.
Hall of Fame Description and Criteria
The Lexington Two Fine Arts Hall of Fame is being established during the 2023-2024 school year to recognize individuals and groups who have demonstrated excellence in the area of Art, Music, Theatre, Dance, or creative writing. Inductees into the hall of fame will consist of those who are alumnus of Airport High School or Brookland Cayce High School, Lexington Two educator who greatly contributed to the arts in our district, or community member(s) who have given of their time and resources for the advancement of the fine arts in Lexington Two.
In order to be honored with induction into the Hall of Fame, nominees must meet a minimum of three of the following criteria:
Outstanding talent
Positive member of the Lex2 community (past or current)
Contribution to the success of Lex2 arts program
Significant career of note after high school in the fine arts
Teacher, administrator, or staff member who made extraordinary contributions to fine arts in Lex2 (once they are finished working for Lex2)
Community member that has made extraordinary contributions to fine arts in Lex2
Outstanding character
The hall of fame committee can nominate someone who has had successes despite special circumstances
Student nominees will be eligible after 5 years from graduation from a Lex2 school
Nomination Categories
Staff member or (past or current) community member who made a significant impact in the fine arts in Lex2
Alumni from Lex2 School who has made a significant career in the fine arts
A diverse committee with representation from across the school district and community will score nominees.
Important Dates:
February 16th, 2026 - Final day for submitting nominees
May 1st, 2026 - Committee will conclude scoring of nominations
Fall 2026 (Date TBD) - Lexington Two Fine Arts Hall of Fame Ceremony will take place in the L2PAC Lobby
